L.A. Camerata is proud to announce the launch of our education initiative: Kids’ Camerata! We aim to provide a space for students to develop musicianship and relationships through immersion in diverse historical repertories. All Kids’ Camerata courses are taught by Artistic Director, Dr. Marylin Winkle.

For information about tuition and enrollment, email Dr. Winkle at losangelescamerata@gmail.com .

Kids’ Camerata Cello Lessons

For young cellists! Students will work one-on-one with L.A. Camerata's Artistic Director, Dr. Marylin Winkle, on playing the cello, exploring early repertoire and performance practices. Lessons take place at Dr. Winkle’s home teaching studio in Vermont Square Park (South Los Angeles). Lessons can occur in 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions. Families are responsible for providing a cello and bow (Dr. Winkle can advise).
